S.L. 499.12 Art. 32Restrictions on transiting Grand Harbour.

Subject to the provisions of regulations 25 and 26, a tanker having carried dangerous cargoes, but on which the appropriate tanks are not certified gas-free and/or inert, may enter or leave Grand Harbour at any time, provided that if such movement is between sunset and sunrise, no other ship movement shall be permitted at that time.
