S.L. 499.45 Art. 5Access and inspections.

The Director may cause such inspection and audits as he deems fit for the purpose of this Order and any person authorised to do so in writing by the Director may at any reasonable time inspect and oversee any premises, equipment, technical records and other relevant documents that an air traffic management provider possesses in order to discharge his duties and obligations, and may for that purpose enter into any aerodrome or premises.
