S.L. 536.2 Art. 5Interest applicable.

(1) Whosoever submits a valid form in terms of these regulations and pays all amounts due on his utility bills within the regularisation period shall only be charged for 25% of the interest due.

(2) Whosoever submits a valid form in terms of these regulations and pays all amounts due on his utility bills within one month from the closure of the regularisation period shall only be charged for 50% of the interest due.

(3) Whosoever submits a valid form under this regulation and pays all amounts due on his utility bills within two months from the closure of the regularisation period shall only be charged for 75% of the interest due.
