S.L. 545.1 Art. 8Deposits.

Before current is supplied to the account of any consumer, or at any time thereafter, the Chairman may require such consumer to deposit at the Office an amount to be fixed by the Chairman, as a surety for the regular payment of all amounts that may become due to the distribution system operator in connection with the supply of electricity to the account of such consumer.
