S.L. 549.37 Art. 5Implementation and responsibilities.

(1) The competent authority shall:

(a) make and, where relevant, approve noise maps and action plans for agglomerations, major roads, major railways and major airports;

(b) collect noise maps and action plans.

(2) The competent authority shall make the information referred to in sub-regulation (1) available to the public.
