S.L. 549.48 Art. 2Interpretation.

For the purpose of these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the Environment Protection Act; "competent authority" means the Environment and Resources Authority as established by article 6 of the Act; "management plan" means the Natura 2000 Management Plan or equivalent conservation measures including conservation orders or protection notices as established through the Flora, Fauna and Natural Habitats Protection Regulations"; "Minister" means the Minister responsible for the environment; "Park" means the Nature and History Park as Majjistral, established by regulation 3.
