S.L. 549.59 Art. 8Classification of zones.

(1) Zones shall be classified in relation to the assessment thresholds in regulation 6 and the long term objectives in regulation 7.

(2) Classification of the zones under sub-regulation (1) shall be reviewed at least every five years in accordance with the procedure laid down in Section B of Schedule 2 for both group A and group B pollutants.

(3) Classification shall be reviewed earlier in the event of a significant change in the activities relevant to the concentrations of both groups of pollutants in ambient air.
