S.L. 549.75 Art. 5Quotas.

(1) The Autumn live-capturing licence, which shall be issued upon the payment of a nominal fee of two euro (€2), shall set the overall seasonal bag limit for the Autumn live-capturing season at 5,000 for Song Thrush and 1,150 for Golden Plover as the total number of birds which may be captured under the authority of all issued licences taken together.

(2) The Autumn live-capturing licence shall set the daily bag limit to three (3) birds and the Autumn live-capturing season’s bag limit to six (6) birds for each Autumn live-capturing licence or however many below this number might have been captured before the season closed.
