As from the 4th April 2016 the Planning Authority established under the Development Planning Act, and the

Environment and Resources Authority established under the

Environment Protection Act, shall be delegated to assign and transfer any other assets, rights, liabilities, obligations and functions of the Malta Environment and Planning Authority by the

31st of July 2016.
