S.L. 595.6 Art. 32Preclusion from proceeding with the adjudication process.

The procuring entity shall be precluded from proceeding with the adjudication process and, or with the award of the contract, during the period of six (6) working days allowed for the submission of complaints, and, if a complaint is eventually submitted, until the Board has issued a final decision in relation to any complaints.
