S.L. 601.3 Art. 203Effects of black listing.

(1) An economic operator which has been black listed by a final judgment from participating in procurement procedures shall not be entitled to make use of the possibility provided for under regulation 202 during the period of exclusion resulting from that judgment.

(2) Once the economic operator has been black listed he shall be excluded from the award of any public contract or any contract, quotation or direct-contract for the period of his black listing.
