S.L. 601.3 Art. 70Secretaries.

The Prime Minister shall also appoint persons from among the staff at the Department of Contracts to act as secretaries of the General Contracts Committee and of other committees, as referred to in this Part, as may be directed by the Director. The secretaries shall not be members of these committees and may not vote.
