S.L. 601.5 Art. 22Contracts declared to be secret.

These regulations shall not apply to contracts or design contests which are declared to be secret or must be accompanied by special security measures in accordance with the laws of Malta provided that it has been determined that the essential interests concerned cannot be guaranteed by less intrusive measures such as those described in regulation 21(2).
