S.L. 601.5 Art. 97Negotiated procedure with prior call for competition.

(1) Where the estimated value of a call for competition meets or exceeds the threshold established under regulation

30(1)(b), a contracting authority may after obtaining the prior approval of the Director issue a negotiated procedure with a prior call for competition.

(2) In granting his approval the Director may impose any condition he may deem fit to impose.
