S.L. 65.31 Art. 3Charging zones.

(1) There may be established one or more charging zones within any Council locality.

(2) The areas designated as charging zones shall be those prescribed in the First Schedule.

(3) In areas designated as charging zones, the Authority shall cause to be placed, and thereafter the Local Council shall cause to be maintained, appropriate signs, as contained in the Second Schedule, in such positions as the Authority may consider necessary for the purpose of providing adequate warning and, or directions to drivers at all entries to and exits from a charging zone.

(4) Controlled access within the respective charging zone shall remain in force throughout those periods of times and days of the week as prescribed in the First Schedule.
