S.L. 94.18 Art. 44Entries in registers to be permanent with certain exceptions.

The entries made in the registers shall be permanent, subject to the provisions of standing orders 45, 47 and 51. Every person so registered shall, however, be bound to notify the

Registrar without delay of any change affecting the entry in his respect in any of the registers.
