The provisions of articles 8, 9, 10 and 11 shall, mutatis apply to magistrates; and the references to the Senior mutandis,

Administrative Judge in sub-articles (3), (4), (7) and (9) of article

11 shall be construed as references to the Senior Magistrate referred to in article 7(2).
