Cap. 12 Art. 344Withdrawal of amount of claim and taxed costs by execution creditor.

The amount of the debt due to the execution creditor together with his taxed costs shall, upon his demand, be paid to him out of the proceeds lodged into court, provided there be no lawful impediment.
