Cap. 12 Art. 390Contents of account.

(1) The account shall contain -

(a) a clear statement of the matter of which an account is rendered;

(b) the items of receipt;

(c) the items of expenditure;

(d) the balance still due and the things to be recovered.

(2) The account shall end with a summary.
