(1) A warrant of arrest shall be sued out by means of an application on a form to be prescribed by the Minister responsible for justice, on which form there shall be included a court decree by virtue of which the necessary orders are given and issued.

(2) The court executive officer shall have the power to adopt, subject to such directives as may be given by the Court or the

Registrar of Courts, all such measures as may be deemed necessary for the execution of the warrant of arrest.
