Cap. 16 Art. 1531LLease which entered into force on or after the 1st June, 1995.

With regard to leases which came into force on or after the 1st June, 1995 such leases, both of a residential and of a commercial tenement, and of urban property, shall continue to be regulated by the same terms and conditions agreed upon between the parties and by law as in force at the time.
