Cap. 16 Art. 1542Liability of lessor for delay.

The lessor is bound to make good to the lessee the damage which the latter has sustained in consequence of the delay on the part of the lessor in carrying out, on the intimation mentioned in the last preceding article, the repairs to which he is bound.
