Cap. 16 Art. 1984Use of pledge by sub-pledgee.

If the person to whom the thing has been given by the creditor by way of sub-pledge, makes use thereof, the provisions of articles 1980 and 1981 shall apply in favour of the debtor who had given such thing to the creditor by way of pledge.
