Cap. 178 Art. 2Interpretation.
PART I
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires -
"law" includes any Act or Ordinance and any subsidiary legislation made thereunder but does not include the Constitution of Malta; "Malta" has the same meaning as is assigned to it by article 124 of the Constitution of Malta.
