Cap. 276 Art. 26HWhere delivery order is refused.

(1) Where the court refuses to make a delivery order it shall nevertheless make an order remanding the person arrested into custody and that person shall remain in custody as provided in the proviso to article 15(3).

(2) The court shall notify the Minister of its decision not to make a delivery order and of the grounds for it.
