Cap. 276 Art. 26LWaiver of right of appeal and of other rights.

(1) A person in respect of whom a delivery order has been made may waive his right of appeal and his right to apply for redress under the Constitution and any other right to apply for review of the lawfulness of his arrest and detention.

(2) Where a person has waived his rights as provided in sub-article (1), the court shall satisfy itself of the voluntariness of the waiver whereupon the delivery order shall be taken for all purposes of law to be validly made.
