Cap. 279 Art. 5AAdditional rules for certain types . of collections

Any collection made by -

(a) any person, not being an enrolled voluntary organisation, for any social or public benefit purposes;

(b) any non-enrolled voluntary organisation for its own purposes; or

(c) any of those referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) for the benefit of another voluntary organisation, whether enrolled or not, shall, in addition to this Act, also be subject to any guidelines issued by the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations depending on the type of collection made, including electronic or internet based appeals and crowd funding.
