Cap. 373 Art. 41Audit.

The Unit shall keep proper books of account in such manner as the Minister may from time to time direct. Such accounts shall be audited by auditors appointed by the Board with the concurrence of the Minister from among persons qualified to be appointed as auditors of a company under the law for the time being in force in Malta, as if the Unit were such a company, and shall moreover be subject to audit by the Auditor General.
