Subject to the provisions of this Act, the provisions of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure relating to practice and procedure before the Civil Court shall mutatis mutandis apply to the practice and procedure before the tribunal. The President The House of Representatives

Any Counsel or Legal Adviser to the Government acting in such a capacity

The Auditor General in respect of the functions under article 108(5) and (8) of the Constitution

The Armed Forces of Malta except as provided in Part B hereof The Security Services.
