Cap. 416 Art. 81Award of compensation to parties in good faith.

The Court may direct that the goods or things so forfeited be destroyed or disposed of, after the trademarks or other trade descriptions have been obliterated from them, and may also direct that, out of the net proceeds which may be realized by the disposal of such goods or things and up to the amount thereof, any persons who, being in good faith, were injured by the forfeiture, be awarded compensation for any loss caused to them.
