In conformity with the reservation, made by Malta, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 4 of The Hague Convention of 1970, the text of which is reproduced in Part B of the Second Schedule, letters of request transmitted through the central authority shall be made in either one of the official languages of Malta.
