Cap. 458 Art. 21Review or appeal.
Title I - Marketing Authorisation Relating to Medicinal Products
Where the Licensing Authority or the applicant disagree with the findings or recommendations of the Medicines Authority, either party may lodge an appeal to the Medicines Review Board in the manner established under this Act.
