Cap. 492 Art. 15Refusal to enrol on basis of the name.

The Commissioner shall refuse enrolment if, to the best of his knowledge, the name of the organisation is already used by another organisation, even if not enrolled, or if the proposed name is offensive or is likely to deceive: Provided that in the event that a voluntary organisation has been enrolled with a name which is already used by another enrolled voluntary organisation, the Commissioner shall request the voluntary organisation which has been last enrolled to change its name.
