In this Part, unless otherwise specified, any reference to the "Offices" shall be construed as referring to both the "Office for Competition" and the "Office for Consumer Affairs" and the words "Director General" and "Directors General" shall refer to both the "Director General (Competition)" and "Director General (Consumer Affairs)".
