The Authority shall, not later than six weeks after the end of each financial year, present to the Minister through the

Permanent Secretary a report dealing generally with the activities of the Authority during that financial year, distinguishing, in particular, between each of such entities as may be established under the provisions of this Act and containing such information relating to the proceedings and policy of the Authority as the Minister may from time to time require:

Provided that with reference to such report, the sections relating to the Office for Competition shall include information about the appointments and dismissals of the Director General and the Directors, the amount of resources that were allocated in the relevant year, and any changes in that amount compared to previous years. Such report shall be made available to the public.
