Cap. 544 Art. 43Public inspection of donation reports.

The Commission shall keep a record of all donation reports received by the political parties in accordance with this Act and such reports shall be made accessible to the public within such time and in such format as the Minister may establish by regulations from time to time and shall also be posted on the website of the Commission as soon as they are made accessible to the public.
