Cap. 553 Art. 16Recommendations.

(1) The Commissioner may make recommendations for action to be taken by other persons or any body as may be necessary or expedient and may publish such recommendations, if the Commissioner deems fit, without revealing the identity of the person to whom the report refers.

(2) In those cases where the Commissioner decides to make recommendations, a report shall be drawn up by the Commissioner explaining the reasons for the recommendations and the Commissioner shall send a copy of such report.
