Cap. 560 Art. 10Appeals Board.

(1) The Commissioner for the Rights of Persons with

Disability shall appoint an Appeals Board which shall be composed of:

(a) a Police officer not below the rank of inspector assigned to traffic duties, who shall chair the appeals, nominated by the Commissioner of Police;

(b) a medical doctor, other than the one appointed on the Board;

(c) a lawyer; and

(d) a member who is a person with disability nominated by the Commissioner for the Rights of Persons with Disability.

(2) The Board shall review and decide on appeals filed in accordance with article 9.

(3) The authorised officer shall appoint a Secretary to the Appeals Board.
