Cap. 580 Art. 14Rights of unrepresented citizens of Malta.

When unrepresented citizens of Malta are seeking consular protection from an embassy or consulate of a Member State in a third country they shall enjoy the same rights as enjoyed by the nationals of that Member State notwithstanding the fact that such rights may be less than those provided for by an embassy or consulate of the Government of Malta in a third country.
