Cap. 584 Art. 20Power to make Regulations.

(1) The Minister responsible for home affairs and national security may make regulations prescribing anything which is by this Act to be prescribed and generally for carrying the purposes or provisions of this Act into effect.

(2) The Minister may also by regulations amend or vary the Schedules to this Act, add schedules to this Act and amend or vary such other schedules. SCHEDULE A
