Cap. 606 Art. 15Temporarywarrant and temporary licence.

Notwithstanding anything contained in the provisions of this Act, the Council may award a temporary warrant and, or a temporary licence having a validity period as may be established by the Council, that may be renewed to any person who, in the discretion of the Council, has the necessary proficiency to practice as an educator in Malta.
