Cap. 610 Art. 3Purpose.

The Regulator shall exercise the investigation and enforcement powers set out in this Act for the purpose of ensuring the application and implementation of Regulation (EU) No. 1227/2011 and in particular of Articles 3, 4, 5, 13 and 15 thereof.
