Cap. 612 Art. 11Power to make regulations.

The Minister responsible for education may make regulations to give better effect to the provisions of this Act, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing may, by such regulations, provide for any matter consequential, incidental to or connected with the provisions of this Act.
