Cap. 626 Art. 66Appeals from decisions of the Authority other thantheimposition of administrative fines.    Cap. 490.

(1) Unless otherwise provided by law, a decision of the Authority made under this Act, or any other decision that the

Authority may take under any other special law which the Authority is entitled to administer or enforce, or any decision taken by or on behalf of the Government or by any public authority in relation to or having a substantial bearing on services or arrangements may be appealed before the Tribunal.

(2) The right of appeal before the Tribunal shall be available to any person aggrieved by the decision:

Provided that, in any case, a person lodging an appeal before the Tribunal shall also explain his juridical interest in impugning the decision appealed therefrom.

(3) An appeal from a decision of the Authority shall be made by application and shall be filed with the Secretary of the Tribunal within twenty (20) days from the date on which the said decision has been notified.

(4) There shall be a right of appeal from decisions of the

Tribunal to the Court of Appeal in accordance with the provisions of

Part IV of the Administrative Justice Act.
