Cap. 630 Art. 25Right of review from a decision of the Regulator. Cap. 12.

(1) Any person or organisation aggrieved by any cancellation order issued by the Regulator may apply to the Court for review of such decision within thirty days of receipt thereof.

(2) Applications shall be made in writing and shall be lodged with the Court in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure or shall be made in the manner as may be prescribed by regulations made by the Minister by virtue of this Act.

(3) All applications shall be made to the Court which applications shall be served on the Regulator by the applicant.

(4) An application to the Court may also be made by an administrator or member of a social enterprise organisation for an order on the affairs of such organisation on the grounds that such organisation is not being administered in accordance with this Act, any regulations or guidelines made thereunder or as provided in the statute of such organisation.

(5) In determining an application, the Court may dismiss the application or annul, revoke or substitute the decision of the Regulator.
