(1) The Executive Police and any other law enforcement or judicial authority shall ensure that the particular needs of vulnerable suspects, vulnerable accused persons and vulnerable persons who are the subject of European arrest warrant proceedings pursuant to

Framework Decision 2002/584/JHA are taken into account in the application of the provisions of this Sub-title.

(2) For the purposes of this Sub-title, the expression "vulnerable person" shall have the same meaning as is assigned to it by article 208AC(2).
