S.L. 10.25 Art. 3Display of plans of seating accommodation and prices of admission.

The licensee of a theatre shall display, and keep displayed until the end of any performance referred to in this regulation, in the entrance to his theatre and in such a position and manner as to be plainly and distinctly legible, a plan, suitably framed, showing -

(a) the seating accommodation in such theatre and any arrangement thereof into different classes of seats; and

(b) the price charged for admission to any of the seats or to different classes of seats in such theatre in respect of any performance in the theatre for which tickets are sold or seats are booked.
