S.L. 10.9 Art. 8Temporary licences.

Temporary licences for the retail of intoxicating liquors may be granted by the Commissioner of Police, on the occasion of festivals, exhibitions, races, or special gatherings of people, on payment of the appropriate fee prescribed under the Police Licences Act.
