S.L. 101.4 Art. 3Other licences, etc. Cap. 101.

(1) Any certificate issued under the provisions of these regulations shall lapse on the thirty-first day of December of each year.

(2) No certificate issued under the provisions of these regulations shall be deemed to exempt from the requirement of any other licence, permit or authority imposed by any other provision of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance or by any Regulations or other law in force for the time being.
