S.L. 117.14 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -"goods" means used and unused goods; "importation" means the bringing of goods into Malta from any other country, by whatever means the carriage is effected; "Minister" means the Minister responsible for trade and includes, to the extent of the authority given, any person authorized by the Minister in that behalf for any purpose of these regulations.
